Kelsey is a Project Manager in the Mobility group at CIMA+ in Toronto. A University of Waterloo alumna and dedicated ITE member since 2014, she has contributed to the transportation profession through her involvement with the ITE Toronto Section and ITE Canada, where she currently serves as Treasurer.
