Liberty + Leadership Info Night

Want a career in politics, policy, or civic life? Consider this opportunity from the Montreal Economic Institute! Come hear about the MEI's national youth initiative, Oct 16th, 6:30pm at the Shakespeare Arms pub! Three years ago, the MEI, one of Canada’s leading public policy think tanks, launched Liberty + Leadership, an initiative for young Canadians who want to serve in public office and civic life one day. We offer: An annual one-week seminar in Montreal. Every May, we welcome 50 talented young leaders from literally across Canada, from Newfoundland to Vancouver Island. Paid internships. Top participants are placed with the MEI and partner organizations, for experience in political and civic life. Mentorship. Standout participants are matched with leaders in our network for one-on-one career advice and strategic connections. Ongoing access to the MEI’s network. Regional events, webinars, and alumni connections that last well beyond the seminar. Our alumni work as political staffers, serve on campaigns, and build careers in policy, law, and business across Canada. Learn more at our event and apply for the program at Libertyleads.ca."
