Antigone Lives* Play Read Event

At long last we have a show for the winter 2027 term. Directed by Andy Houston, we will be presenting Susanna Fournier's adaptation entitled "antigone lives*". This is a re-telling of Sophocles' play "Antigone". Follow Antigone as she grapples with how to do the right thing in a world gone wrong, escaping house arrest to attend her bachelorette, where she meets both her dead brothers and a pack of revolutionary jackals wanted for treason. antigone lives* explores the pressure on youth to transform themselves and society in a sea of displaced peoples and politics adrift in our *global village*. We will be holding a cold read on Tuesday so come out to be a reader or a listener!
