Happy Valentine’s Day 🩵 L is for … learning how to close up lacerations - join us for Stitch, our medical suturing event! 🪡 🤩 Want to practice your surgical stitching skills with Canadian medical students? The Global University Systems (GUS) Medical Schools are granting UW students the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with medical suture kits for free! Medical students will also be present to answer any medical school or suture questions you may have. :) This collaboration of UWNSA, UWaterloo Medicine4Youth, and UW Bioethics will take place on February 25, 2026 in STC 0050 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Click the link in any of our bios to sign up! There will also be a mandatory waiver you have to sign if you want to attend. NOTE: Two students per one suture kit.
