Kihon Seminar with Shihan Beardwood

Hello! Hope everyone is having a great long weekend and reading week!! A little overview of what to expect this week: Monday’s class will be cancelled due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Wednesday’s class will be a regular karate class potentially going over kata. Friday’s class will consist of karate mixed with functional jujitsu throws. And this Saturday, we are excited to welcome Shihan Beardwood from @advance_karate , who will be leading a Karate Kihon seminar and sharing insights on training etiquette!!
