Karate Seminar with Shihan Beardwood

Hi everyone, this week will be dedicated towards preparing for gradings, as both the Karate and Jujitsu gradings will be taking place next week!! This Saturday, we’re also excited to have Shihan Beardwood back to lead another karate seminar at CIF.
