~ Theme of the Week: Sparring and Weapons Seminar! Hi everyone! This week we are excited to be having our first seminar of the term! We will be having a weapons seminar this Saturday, with Sensei Christian introducing us to the Bo Staff!! All members of our club are welcome to join! On Monday, we will continue developing our sparring techniques in class.
