~ Theme of the Week: Techniques from the Previous Seminar Hi everyone! In this week’s Karate class we will be revisiting and going over the Kata and Bunkai from the InterU Seminar that happened last week. This is a perfect chance for anyone who couldn’t make it to the seminar to learn some of the basics that was taught, and be a great review for those who did attend! All classes will continue as regularly scheduled. We hope to see you there!
